The U of T Communications Study aims to gain a better understanding of U of T’s student-facing mass communication delivered via email. This survey is one component of the study and will measure volume, origin, frequency, methods, effectiveness and student preferences for in-year mass email communications from U of T sources. The survey will be sent to a random sample of undergraduate and graduate students on all three campuses. The survey is sponsored by University of Toronto Communications, The School of Graduate Studies and the Office of the Vice-Provost, Students.
